Assertive, yeasty, crusty-bread nose. On the palate, Alvear Medium Dry has a nutty flavour with hints of dried figs, smooth with a touch of sweetness. More full-bodied than a Fino. Nice length in mouth and nose. Clean and tangy with a refreshing finish and a softness which makes it delightfully easy to drink.Excellent with Spanish ham, cured cheeses or tapas.
