Alvear, a winery with over 280 of history is currently under the ownership of the eighth generation of the same family. This sweet wine is made using only Pedro Xim�nez (100%) grapes that are taken from vineyards planted on calcareous soils which are situated near the Sierra de Montilla y Moriles.
