Borgo Scopeto Chianti Classico is dark ruby red in the glass. Sweet and fruity, with hints of black soft fruit. Pleasant overtone of noble wood, vanilla and cocoa and a surprising cherry finish. On the palate, dry, firmly structured, austere and elegant; well balanced. Excellent persistence of the flavour on the palate. ZYN recommends pairing with red meats, chicken, and pasta dishes.
