The most historical winery in Barolo, dating back to 1761. The Langa's underground cellars are still a rare historical memory. The wines are still prepared according to tradition: extended spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks without using chosen yeasts and long aging periods in big Slavonian oak barrels.
