Although Caymus is best known for Cabernet Sauvignon, they also produce a small amount of Zinfandel, which was a favourite of late Caymus co-founder Charlie Wagner Sr. It is a varietal that can produce amazing wines in Napa Valley, and their full-bodied version is perfect for rich foods and hearty cheeses, but also enjoyed with pizza and BBQ.
