General InformationThe woodsy notes continue from the nose, with the addition of anise, black peppercorns and blackberry compote. The wine is tight without decanting, but will open to more bramble berries with time. We like the dry, sticky tannin, juicy acidity and elegant mouth-feel. The finish continues the harmony of flavours to the very end.
