A dark rose of Montepulciano�from an organic farmer in Abruzzo. Beautiful cherry and raspberry fruit, makes for a lovely aperitif or pairs well with salty cheese or chicken dishes. Spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks, no fining or filtering is undertaken, and only very light sulfite additions are used.
