An Extra Brut blended Champagne coming exclusively from the vineyard planted in Avize, Grand Cru Class�, in Chardonnay grape variety. The vines are around half a century old and the wine comes from two pieces of vines "Chemin de Plivot" and "Chemin de Flavigny" and it is with a discreet wink that this exceptional champagne has been named "Chemins d'Avize".On the palate and on the nose, white spring flowers, acacia honey, viennoiserie and bergamot from southern Italy. The finish is airy, finely minty with a splendid minerality.
Pair with lobsters, sushi or smoked salmon maki, on grilled sea fish or on sea fish in sauce.
