General InformationThe Liebart-Regnier Brut uses all three common varietals, 60% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir, and 10% Chardonnay. On the palate, apples and some pears, a touch more citrus with pink grapefruit. The bubbles remain soft and the finish has a touch of minerality. Overall, a complex but finessed Brut Champagne!
