A terrific, full-bodied Californian red blend of 99% Cabernet Sauvignon with a splash of Petit Verdot aged 19 months in new French and American oak barrels. Warming at over 15.5% abv but very good with blackberry liqueur, blue floral, dark chocolate, cedar spice and minty flavours on the palate. Powerful and intense. Enjoy now with a prime rib roast or cellar for several more years.
