Deep red-to-purple, with fine perlage. Intense notes of ripe fruits, cherries and sour cherries. Pleasantly delicate, fresh, light, with good acidity. Excellent as an aperitif, or paired with salami, tagliatelle with rag??, or pastries such as sour cherry tart.
