A charming wine with delicate and enchanting accents. It gives an impression of youth and vigour but also tenderness and serenity. Based on a blend of about fifty crus; the same approach to blending as that of the Brut Cuvee, with the addition of a proportion of red Champagne wine, which gives this wine not only a style typical of Piper-Heidsieck but also a distinctive colour and fruity taste. The blend's harmony develops during a long maturing process lasting at least thirty months in the Piper-Heidsieck chalk cellars.On the eye: An intense colour, a clear and deep pink.On the nose: The first impression is fresh, suggesting the high spirit and vivacity typical of the Piper-Heidsieck style.
