Certified organic since 2017.Sperling Vineyards fermented Marechal Foch whole clusters and berries for five days, then pressed, and blended in a bit of Pinot Noir. Fermentation finishes to complete dryness in bottle, trapping 1.5 atm. of bubbles. Expect notes of cherry and chocolate.
